About the Artist

Considering Art Podcast
"Californian artist Jacqué Price paints landscapes, animals and figures in what she calls a “representationally expressionistic” way. In this episode, she talks about a near-death experience which changed her life, how she initially gave up art to study neuropsychology and subsequently practice various forms of wellness therapies to contribute to society, how she took art up again after her own metal health suffered, and how she creates an “awkward, elegant aesthetic” in her paintings."
